Art direction and graphic design of the EPFL (Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) annual reports. Beside the numbers, the school's actuality is documented through visuals selected from a variety of sources: commissionned photographs by Armin Linke, raw scientific imagery from nanotechnology experiments, or renderings of the Rolex Learning Center building by Sanaa architects. The 2002 annual report introduced the Hermes typeface, which became the school's unofficial corporate typeface and has been widely used through all its communications since.
